Do I need a care plan if my site already works?
Websites need maintenance whether you see it or not — security patches, backups, and performance all degrade over time. A care plan prevents the expensive emergencies and keeps the site improving, instead of waiting for something to break.
What counts as an “edit”?
Content and small design changes: updating text, photos, hours, prices, adding a page or promotion, swapping a banner. Larger projects (new features, redesigns) are quoted separately, and care-plan clients get priority and preferred rates.
Can I get a care plan if you didn’t build my site?
Usually yes. We’ll do a quick review first to make sure your site is on technology we can support reliably, then get you set up.
Is there a long-term contract?
